Susan dedicates her time to work with home buyers searching
for homes. She previews properties for sale routinely,
gathering more information than is available on a computer.
Once she knows precisely what a client's requirements
are, she scouts the market for property candidates that
meet their needs. She utilizes state of the art computer
technology capable of notifying her hourly of fresh inventory
while at the same time she scans the newspapers and networks
with other agents that the time a client invests together
with her is well spent. Susan prepares and negotiates
offers and helps clients step by step through the Home
Buying process right to closing. |

Carole Brookfield
Manager, Client Services
Our client care manager is dedicated to attending to all
the 'background machinery' behind the efficient listing
and selling of clients’ homes allowing Tony and
Susan the precious time needed to give full care each
individual. Carole is in the office during business hours
and can quickly respond to your inquiries regarding properties
and other details while Susan and Tony are attending appointments.
She handles everything from entering property data into
the MLS system, keeping in contact with clients through
every step. She makes certain that your file is managed
with great attention to all areas of the process.

Tia Scott-Joe
Operations Manager
Tony's wife Tia oversees every business aspect of our operation, from managing accounts to book keeping and our staff scheduling. She enjoys organizing our frequent Client Appreciation events which include private first-run movie screenings (like our hugely successful 'Shrek 2' in May 2004) to our Annual Christmas Night where our annual 'Cruise for 2' draw takes place. As we raise funds at every Client event and also donate a portion of each sale to The Children's Miracle Network, Tia is our liaison with the Network which is our charity of choice operating hospitals across the country for children in need. |

Liz Clough
After 3 years as Client Care Coordinator for
our team, Liz is currently undergoing training in respiratory
therapy in the BC Interior. Still an important part of
our team, Liz steps in to provide assistance when she
returns home over holidays. |
